Main components
Supporting structure: mobile steel cantilever truss (MMS) of increased load carrying capacity, equipped with a system of active adaptation of rigidity (OPS-system);
OPS-System an intelligent system adaptation of rigidity of the load-carrying formwork, which are arising during the construction process, to permanent and variable loads and impacts, including the forming loads, pouring of concrete, wind effects and others.
OPS technology is based on the biomechanical principle of operation of the musculo-skeletal system of humans and animals; can significantly reduce the weight and metal consumption of the BERD unit for overhead concreting of the spans over all existing analogues musculoskeletal system of humans and animals.
OPS system includes:
- OPS-cable acts like a muscle, contracting or lengthening depending on the load
- sensors - monitoring in real-time changes in the load-bearing trusses and transmit the information to a computer
- computerized control panel in real time adjusts the rigidity of the support system, depending on the load, eliminating the risk of dangerous deformations
- hydraulic drive is used to adjust automatically the tension of the OPS-cable.
Mobile trusses MMS (Movable Scaffolding Systems) dimensional steel trusses supporting the formwork to form spans and moving all the equipment and concrete for pours. It is assembled at the construction site by using simple screw connections. Available in different versions depending on the project and sequence of monolithic works:
- suspended - M30-I; M60-I
- battening plate - M45-S; M70-S
- double - M30 × 2-S
